Autostrada del Brennero takes centre stage at Urban Tech 2026
Autostrada del Brennero will take centre stage at Urban Tech 2026 in Bologna, the first major European exhibition hub dedicated to the intelligent management of cities, urban communities and territories.
The event will take place at the Bologna Exhibition Centre from 7 to 9 October 2026, opening at 9 a.m. and closing at 6 p.m., with an early closing at 5 p.m. on the final day. It will be a true ecosystem designed for professionals driving urban transformation, with electric mobility, intelligent traffic management, critical infrastructure, telecommunications and connected technologies among the key themes explored by around 250 exhibitors.
Autostrada del Brennero will attend with its own stand (Hall 21, Stand B37), where it will showcase the innovation journey undertaken so far, as well as future projects: from an increasingly widespread and powerful network of electric vehicle charging points to investment in green hydrogen, with four new hydrogen stations currently being opened following the national first achieved with the H2 facility inaugurated in Bolzano Sud in 2014, and extending to the broader field of smart mobility. Through numerous internationally focused projects, including Verkko and 5GBEAM, for which Autostrada del Brennero acts as project leader, the company is developing its C-ITS infrastructure with the aim of laying the foundations for the mobility of the future: connected and cooperative, and increasingly automated.**
